The Audio works is a home based business that repairs, and sells used consumer electronics in the Colorado Springs area. My internet sales are just a small part of my business and the volume is not high, approximately 4 or 5 units a month.  As the volume is rather low, all sales are done by E- Mail correspondence. I find that I can offer better customer service to my customers by an on going E-mail dialog during the transaction. I also supply my telephone number, and calls are welcome.

    If you would like to purchase a unit, I will need your full name and shipping address. I charge a flat fee of $25.00 for shipping and handling, unless the unit is exceeding heavy. If this is the case I will supply you with the updated shipping information.

    I can send you a E-mail request for money by Pay Pal.  After you make the transaction by Pay Pal, Pay Pal will tell me that that it has received your money. At that time I will put the unit into the mail and send you a UPS tracking number.  At this time, The Audio Works can not accept credit cards transactions directly.
 

Bench Checks:

    Before any unit leaves the Audio Works an operational check is done on the unit to insure that the unit is in operational condition. All units on the web page are ready to go per say, however they may have been sitting on the shelf for a few weeks or months.  Anytime that a unit is not used for a while it is good practice to check that unit out before shipment.  This bench check usually lasts about a day.
